Nils Janse

Nils Janse is co-founder at Ymnig.ai, where he helps organizations adopt Gen AI through coaching, training, and an AI agent platform. With over a decade of entrepreneurial experience, he combines his engineering background (MSc from KTH and studies in AI) with management consulting expertise (formerly at McKinsey) to guide organizations through their Gen AI transformation journey. He has trained over 1,000 people in using Gen AI and worked with more than 60 companies on adopting Gen AI. Swedish viewers may recognize him from television appearances, including the SVT series “Generation AI”. Nils is the author of “AI Agents: Multiplying Human Potential by Adopting Gen AI” and lives in Stockholm with his fiancée and three kids.
