Jonathan Reams, PhD, cultivates leadership through awareness-based consulting, coaching, and action research. He focuses on developing leadership capacities at scale for complex challenges by unlocking the inner workings of human nature.
Jonathan formerly taught and did research at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). He brings extensive experience in leadership development program design and delivery. He was the editor of Maturing Leadership: How Adult Development Impacts Leadership.
Jonathan is currently involved in action research projects exploring the use of AI-based assessments of cognitive complexity to enhance reflective capacity and decision-making skills in complex leadership contexts. He is a co-founder and Chief Creative Officer at the Center for Transformative Leadership.
